ACCESS TO THE R.A.I. FILE(Disputed Bills Register)

From now you have yet another tool for controlling delayed payments: the RAI file.

Thanks to the agreement reached with the Centro de Cooperación Interbancaria(Inter-bank cooperation centre) we can offer the on-line consultation to the best known delayed payments file of the Spanish Market: the RAI.This file, together with Informa's business reports are the key tools that the Banks use to take risk management decisions.

From now on you can Consult online if the company is registered or not in the RAI file and if it is, the total number of protested bills, the total amount of the debt and the date of the last incidence.

The first time that you request access to the RAI you are obliged to accept the general terms and conditions that clearly explain all the access and information usage details.

The RAI is the file used by Banks in order to see if a company has protested bills or notes; this file is the property of the Centro de Cooperación Interbancaria that can only be accessed on a case by case basis and after consulting a Report, this is the reason why Informa's Financial Rating, Scorings, etc. are made apart from the RAI information. That is, the RAI and Informa's business information are independent from each other.

Do not hesitate, The next time that you request a Report, consult the RAI information in order to have the most accurate and clear image on the consulted company.
