First we would like to thank the more than 500 clients that have participated in our Client Satisfaction Opinion Poll.

As for the result of said opinion poll we have to stand out the high degree of general satisfaction with our service, that has been valued by our clients with a mean score of 7,10. This means that the general satisfaction of our clients has increased a 10% from the valuation of our service in last year's opinion poll.

We are also very satisfied because we have increase the score of all the indexes valuated in our opinion poll. The higher increase was in the Usability of our Web, that has achieved a score of 8,08, a 4% more than last poll's score, and in Identificability (ease for the searching of companies), with a valuation of 7,51, a 2% more than the previous.

At any rate, these results are not going to make us relax, on the contrary, we continue with important improvement projects, like a project to improve the searcher with new options for a complete searching using other alternatives, and also using several new products projects.

We also want to take this opportunity to present our new United Kingdom Business Reports.
