Launch of Prens@mail.

With our constant objective of increasing the added value of the products and services

DEFINITION:

Monitoring service for press news and the most outstanding legal events, segmented by company and sent to you by e-mail.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Identify the companies you want to receive press news about and select Prens@mail from the Informa Products and Services menu, then specify the e-mail addresses for them to be sent to.
  • Every day, all news items of interest referring to companies published in the Prensamail media list are put into the system, together with the legal incidents published in the various official gazettes.
  • The e-mail addresses selected by the customer receive any and all press news from the previous day referring to the selected companies.
  • The customer can change the list of companies monitored and e-mail addresses to receive the news on-line.

    MAIN ADVANTAGES:

  • The system's flexibility and its ability to carry out segmentation by Tax Numbers ensure that a customer only receives news about the companies he is interested in.
  • The same news can be received by as many persons as e-mail addresses are assigned to that customer, making it unnecessary to resend interesting news or maintain distribution lists, etc.
  • The news are summarized by professional communicators, so ensuring that the points of interest of every news can be read quickly and avoiding saturation by these reports.
  • If the same news published in various media, it is only sent to the customer once, with the consequent time-saving.

    OBJECTIVE:

    The maximum of information with the minimum investment of time and money

    It is not Prensamail's objective to send a large number of cuttings with a great deal of information, but to provide the relevant information to the right people at the right time.

    With Prensamail's exclusive system of segmentation by Tax Number, it can be ensured, for example, that all a company's sales force and managers are up to date with all relevant news about the companies in its customer portfolio.

    PRICE:

    For a 300 maximum CIF/e-mails monitored (month) 2,5 units/month(**). A company monitored by 3 different e-mails for the price is counted as 3 companies.

    For a 1.000 maximum CIF/e-mails monitored (month) 7 units /month.

    For higher amounts: 0.1 units/month for each 15 CIF/e-mails monitored.

    (*) Auctions, seizures, suspensions of payment and bankruptcy.
    (**) Product with no fee for open contracts.
